Easter message from the vicars:

 

Vision and Strategy: PCC have chosen 5 areas of the vision to focus on in 2018:
These are:
Taking our next steps towards deeper faith in Christ –

• accessible spirit-filled worship
• confidence in personal faith

Taking our next steps towards welcome and belonging –

• welcome unreservedly
• serve joyfully
• give generously 

and we will now form a strategy to make progress in each of these areas. You could help!
We are looking for people from each service in the churches to join the leadership team of the church (PCC) and to take this forward. Please consider this for yourself or nominate a friend and speak to a warden or vicar before 17^th April.

Recommendation for Easter weekend – Narnia. Thinking about Jesus death and rising from the dead reminded me of that sequence in Narnia when Aslan dies horribly and then comes back to life. It is a poignant help to remember all that Jesus went through for us.
