Spring Alpha – Mornings 2018 @ St John's

Alpha is an 11 week course that helps people explore the essentials of the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening and friendly atmosphere. The evening course starts with a light meal followed by a video by Nicky Gumbel and then small groups where there is an opportunity to discuss the issues raised in the talk. The format of the morning course is similar, except that there is no meal.

No qualifications are necessary; ringers don’t have to be big, strong or musical, although a sense of rhythm helps.

Bell Ringing Practice @ St Mary's
Feb 9 @ 7:45 pm – 9:15 pm

IMG_9016New bell ringers are always welcome. Practice (and training) is on a Friday evening from 7:30 to 9:15 pm and ringing on Sundays is 10:30-11:00 am and 6:00-6:30 pm.

No qualifications are necessary; ringers don’t have to be big, strong or musical, although a sense of rhythm helps.
