Come and collect your Christmas craft and treat bag from St Mary’s Church – filled with things to make at home for yourselves or to share with others inc. tree decorations, a nativity scene and stained glass window! Book your collection time HERE!
Whilst there you will have the opportunity to check out the Encounter Christmas experience. Although not specifically for children the displays will be up and you’ll be able to walk through the church.
Christingle – Order of Service
Hope is hanging by a thread for too many young people whose lives are overshadowed by abuse, exploitation and neglect. This year has turned children’s lives upside down, so this Christmas, hope is under threat more than ever before.You can help transform the hopes of those who need it most. Write a message of support to a young person, or donate and help them overcome their toughest challenges, restore their hope and help them find happiness. You would normally have collected a Children’s Society money box from Church and brought it to one of the services however this year we would like to encourage you to make your donations directly to the Children’s Society. Their work is more important than ever as they help support children in their hour of greatest need.
