– If you are self-isolating, please let the office know or fill out the ‘Please get in touch form’ below
– If you or anyone you know in Walton-on-Thames needs help with shopping, a friendly phone call or other errands, please can you direct them to this page where they can fill out the contact form. If they don’t have access to the internet perhaps you could do it on their behalf if they want help or call the office on 01932 224238 if the office is closed please leave a message
– If you feel able to assist with delivering shopping, running errands or providing a friendly phone call please could you fill out the ‘I’d like to join the action team’ form
