Baby Loss Awareness Week aims to raise awareness about pregnancy and baby death in the UK.
On Thursday 15th October evening Baby Loss Awareness Week will close with a global #waveoflight at 7.00 pm. Following that at 7.30 pm we will have a service of Compline.
But wait, what’s Compline I hear you ask?
The ancient office of Compline derives its name from a Latin word meaning ‘completion’ (completorium). It is above all a service of quietness and reflection before rest at the end of the day and is most effective when the ending is indeed an ending, without additions, conversation or noise. It really is a beautiful way to end the day.
