Dear Friends,

This survey is about the shape, timing and style of our worship services at St Mary’s and St John’s and will also help us to understand how we see ourselves as a church. We want to hear your views whether you have been to the church for a short time or many years.

The survey can be taken only once for each email address. If you know of anyone who would like to sign up for the Parish email, or if you have any problem opening it, please email [email protected].

There are also paper copies available.
