TRANSFORMING GENEROSITY

Transforming Genersoity & The Giving Project 2020

For the whole month of October, the Diocese of Guildford is running Transforming Generosity, with Daily podcasts from people across the Diocese, sermons from the Bishops, Archdeacons and Director of Mission and Ministry and other resources that we will be sharing on the website and social media. We’ll also be sharing other short videos of teaching and testimonies.

This season of thanksgiving provides an opportunity for us all to reconnect with the importance of generosity in our own faith and discipleship and to think a little more about how, individually and together, we’re able to build on our generosity and become even more powerful agents of transformation in the communities and world we seek to serve in the name of Jesus. Each week will be focusing on one of the rich stories from Luke’s gospel which bursts with celebration of the generosity of God and seeks to encourage us to do likewise. This will lead us towards Get InVolEd on Sunday 1st November.

Please sign up today at www.cofeguildford.org.uk/generosity to receive the daily reflections as an audio file or transcript. If you would like us to print these for you, please do get in touch with Becky in the office.
