12 Feb Ecumenical Lent Groups

 

Lent begins on Wednesday 26th February, we are joining together with other Walton Churches for an ecumenical lent study. The course will follow this year’s York Course, specially written for ecumenical Lent Groups, entitled Superstar, which considers lyrics from the 70’s hit musical Jesus Christ Superstar and bible verses that these might relate to. The course  runs for 5 weeks, from week commencing 2nd March.

Days/venues are:

– Monday evenings, Walton Baptist Church, Winchester Road

– Tuesday afternoons, Manor Road

– Tuesday evenings, New Zealand Avenue or Hurst Grove

– Thursday afternoons, Adelaide Road

– Thursday evenings, Walton Methodist Church, Terrace Road
